How to Request Meeting Space for an Affiliate Function

If your company is planning on holding an event/meeting during the AATS 103rd Annual Meeting, please utilize the Affiliate Function Space Request Form to request the meeting space at one of the AATS official hotels. Please note, there is no meeting space available at the convention center.

All affiliate functions must be approved by AATS. Requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of confirmation and meeting room/hotel assignment. Do not contact hotels directly without prior consent from AATS.

Please note: The last day to submit a request is April 28, 2023.

To Request Meeting Space for an Affiliate Function:

  1. Please review the Affiliate Function Space Request Form request form carefully as well as the FAQ Document.
  2. Submit the completed form to AATS’ Industry Relations Manager at industry@aats.org. If an incomplete form is submitted, the process will be delayed.
  3. AATS staff will review the request form and either contact you for additional information/clarification or, if approved, will reach out to your requested hotel.
