Nichole Arcaro DNP, RN, CNL, CNE is the senior manager for Cardiothoracic Clinical Outcome Registries and Research at the Cleveland Clinic. With 25 years of nursing experience, she oversees data quality and reporting of clinical outcomes across the Cleveland Clinic enterprise. Dr. Arcaro completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with Chamberlain University, is a certified Clinical Nurse Leader through the American Association of Colleges of Nursing Commission on Nurse Certification, and is a Certified Nurse Educator through the National League for Nursing. She holds adjunct faculty positions in graduate and doctoral nursing programs and has presented on topics related to data management at national conferences for the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and American College of Cardiology National Cardiovascular Data Registry annual meetings.
