Communication: Define and communicate the Foundation to be a leading cardiothoracic charitable foundation that improves patient outcomes and supports excellence in clinical care.
Programs: Update long-term plan for current and future Honoring our Mentors programs.
Fundraising: Enhance the fundraising strategies identified in the development plan.
Finances: Develop and implement a plan to increase fiduciary responsibility.
Reach: Become a leader in global academic exchange.
