Fundraising and Fiscal Responsibility: Identify and optimize funding opportunities in a coordinated manner while maintaining stewardship of those resources.
Organizational Capacity: Establish organizational processes and administrative structure sufficient to execute the strategic plan pursuant to the AATS Mission.
