At the end of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of advanced diagnostics in the management of thoracic malignancies;

  • Enhance the understanding of how to perform minimially-invasive surgical approaches for thoracic malignancies;

  • Describe recent advances in molecular oncology and their emerging roles in the multidisciplinary care of the thoracic surgical oncologic patient;

  • Improve the understanding of advances in the perioperative care of the thoracic surgical oncologic patient.
