Attendee and exhibitor registration for the 90th Annual AATS Meeting is now open.

Registrations will not be processed unless payment is received. The advance registration deadline is Friday, March 26, 2010. All fees will increase after this date so we encourage you to register early.

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Written requests for cancellations and refunds for registration fees must be received by April 16, 2010. Refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee and will be processed after the meeting. Refunds are not available after April 16, 2010.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The AATS recognizes that you have a number of options when securing hotel accommodations for the 2010 AATS Annual Meeting. The city of Toronto and hotel community have made a major commitment to AATS for competitive rates in quality hotels. If you require a room in Toronto, we would appreciate it if you would review the list below and reserve your room at one of these official hotels within the AATS block.

The AATS Housing Bureau will be responsible for processing ALL housing requests for the 2010 AATS Annual Meeting. The hotel reservation cut-off date is Friday, March 26, 2010. Book early as hotel inventory cannot be guaranteed after this date. If you are interested in booking a suite, please contact the Housing Burueau at (301) 694-5243.

Room Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) is required to guarantee a reservation. After March 26, 2010, $250 USD will be charged to your credit card as a non-refundable deposit. Changes can be made to your reservation through the AATS Housing Bureau until April 16, 2010 based on availability. After this date, please contact your hotel directly.

Change Policy
An additional $250 USD will be charged to your credit card for any reservation change that results in a reduction of room nights after Wednesday, April 28, 2010.

Confirmations
Meeting registration and housing accommodation confirmation will be sent within three to five business days of receipt of form. If a confirmation is not received within two weeks, contact AATS/Experient Customer Service at the number listed below.
