Quick Links

The CME/Perfusion Evaluation and Credits and Certificate of Attendance for Annual Meeting attendees must be completed online at
http://ww2.expocard.com/aat101/login.asp?SHID=5

Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

  • You will log in to the site using your last name and zip code. For all International Attendees, you will log in using your last name and your password is your country.
  • For CME purposes, we kindly ask that you complete a brief evaluation of the Annual Meeting. This provides the AATS leadership with valuable feedback to aid in the planning of future meetings.
  • Upon completion of the survey, you may download your CME Certificate if you are an MD, your Perfusion Certificate if you are a Perfusionist and your Certificate of Attendance if you are an Allied Health Professional.
  • If you registered for the Annual Meeting but did not pick up your name badge, you will not be able to complete the evaluations, claim CME/Perfusion credit or print a Certificate of Attendance.
  • CME credit is only available for MDs and DOs. Perfusion credit is available for Perfusionists. All others will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
