Scientific Affairs and Government Relations
The Scientific Affairs and Government Relations Committee is responsible for identifying and interacting with the various Federal agencies and institutions which affect research activities and funding in cardiothoracic surgery. It serves as a resource to the membership in the development of programmatic activities appropriate to research efforts in the specialty.
